Vodka without alcohol
Ordinary vodka is brewed from grains or potatoes. It is distilled to a maximum of 96%, after which it is filtered over charcoal. It is then diluted with spring water. The alcohol percentage is between 37.5% and 70%. Unlike most spirits, vodka does not have a maturing process; it is poured into bottles directly from the stills. You would think that an alcohol-free variant of a drink that consists practically only of ethanol and water has little added value. But non-alcoholic vodka is really worth a try!
