Ingredients

  • 30ml espresso
  • 180ml Guinness Draught 0.0 Stout
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

How to make?

  1. Put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in the beer glass using an ice cream scoop.
  2. Pour 30ml espresso over the ice cream.
  3. Top the glass with 180ml Guinness Draught 0.0 Stout beer.
  4. Stir once gently with the bar spoon in the glass and the Stout Affogato is ready!
